120.00 g flour — cake
7.00 ml Baking powder
1.00 ml salt
50.00 ml sunflower oil
75.00 ml Buttermilk

Method:

Sift the cake flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.Mix lightly to form a stiff dough.
Add more buttermilk if necessary.
Press evenly into a pie dish and chill until needed.
Hint: Mix lightly, as too much mixing will make the dough tough.
