Instant filling for baked potatoes

  • 4
    baked potatoes
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 2
    baby marrows, sliced
  • 200
    mushrooms, sliced
  • oil for frying
  • 250
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 250
    thick white sauce
  • 1
    x 170 g tuna in brine, drained
  • chopped parsley
  • salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce
  • grated cheese for sprinkling (optional)


Sauté the onion, baby marrows and mushrooms in a little oil until soft.
Add the cottage cheese or thick white sauce and mix with drained tuna.
Add a little chopped parsley and season well with salt and pepper and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
Cut a deep cross in the top of a baked potato and press it open lightly.
Spoon a little of the tuna filling inside and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
