Instant drumsticks

    chicken drumsticks

    tomato and onion mix

    chicken stock, crumbled

    brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 160ºC 325ºF). Spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Arrange the drumsticks in the prepared dish. Heat the onion and tomato mix in a saucepan. Add the crumbled stock cube and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar and stock cube have dissolved. Pour the tomato mixture over the chicken. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the cover and bake another 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender and lightly browned on top. Serve with banana slices. Serves 6.
