Indian tuna

  • 1
    onion, sliced into rings
  • 1
    green pepper,
  • seeded and cubed
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 410
    Indian-style sliced tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2
    cans (185 g each) tuna, drained
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper


20 - 30 min
Sauté the onion, green pepper and garlic in a little oil until soft. Reduce the heat and add the chopped tomatoes. Simmer until sauce thickens and add the tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with macaroni or pasta of your choice. Serves 4-5.
