Ingredients (7)

1.00 onion — sliced into rings
1.00 green pepper
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
410.00 g tinned tomatoes — Indian-style, diced
2.00 tuna — tinned
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Sauté the onion, green pepper and garlic in a little oil until soft. Reduce the heat and add the chopped tomatoes. Simmer until sauce thickens and add the tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with macaroni or pasta of your choice.
Serves 4-5.
