Ingredients (8)

4.00 rooibos — tea bags
1.00 Litres water — boiling
60.00 ml sugar
50.00 ml lemon juice
1.00 Litres fruit juice
1.00 Litres lemonade — chilled
ice — cubes
fresh mint — and lemon slices

Method:

Place the tea bags and boiling water in a large jug and allow to draw for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Add lemon juice. Allow tea to cool. Add juice to cooled tea and refrigerate to chill. Add lemonade just before serving and stir. Add ice cubes, a mint leaf and a lemon slice to each glass and pour over punch.
