Ice cream tart

  • 200
    (1 packet) Romany Cream biscuits
  • 2
    vanilla ice cream
  • 380
    (1 can) caramel condensed milk
  • chocolate vermicelli


Crush the biscuits and press into the base of a greased 23 cm pie dish.
Spoon half the ice cream on top, spreading evenly.
Spread the caramel condensed milk on top, then spread the remaining ice cream over evenly.
Decorate with vermicelli and freeze.
