Ice-cold avocado soup

    large avocados, peeled and cut into cubes

    cold water
  • 1
    chicken stock cube
  • 250
    cream or sour cream
  • 30
    lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6
    ice cubes


Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for 30 seconds. Refrigerate to chill before serving. Serves 4-6.
