Ingredients (8)

50.00 ml van der hum liqueur
50.00 ml honey
50.00 ml glacé cherries — chopped
25.00 ml sunflower seeds — toasted
250.00 ml water
15.00 ml cornflour
10.00 ml orange — zest only
15.00 ml brandy

Method:

Place all the ingredients except the brandy into a saucepan and heat until the sauce just comes to the boil and thickens slightly. Stir continuously. Remove from the heat and stir in the brandy.
Makes about 400 ml.
