    tbsp yellow mustard seeds
  • 100
    ml
    cup black mustard seeds
  • 180
    ml
    cup verjuice
  • 70
    ml
    cup honey
  • 1
    tsp thyme leaves
  • 2
    ml
    salt, to taste
 

Method

Place the seeds in a bowl and pour over the verjuice. Blend in a food processor with honey and thyme. Blend until thick and creamy. Place in a hot sterilised jar and leave for a few hours before eating to allow the flavours to develop.
