Ingredients (6)

3.00 yellow mustard seeds
100.00 ml mustard seeds — black
180.00 ml verjuice
70.00 ml honey
1.00 fresh thyme
2.00 ml salt — to taste

Method:

Place the seeds in a bowl and pour over the verjuice. Blend in a food processor with honey and thyme. Blend until thick and creamy. Place in a hot sterilised jar and leave for a few hours before eating to allow the flavours to develop.
