Honey lemon ice cream sauce

  • 2
    lemons, rind and juice
  • 120
  • 2
    sprigs fresh lavender


5 minutes
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for five minutes. Remove the lavender sprigs and set honey mixture aside to cool. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve poured over vanilla ice cream.
