Ingredients (8)

225.00 g butter
175.00 g brown sugar — soft
2.00 eggs — large
300.00 g flour — self-raising
15.00 ml Baking powder
225.00 g pecan nuts — roughly chopped
125.00 g sultanas
30.00 ml Goldcrest Pure Honey

Method:

Cream together butter and sugar until light. Gradually beat in eggs, making sure they’re thoroughly combined. Fold in flour, baking powder, pecans (reserve some for decoration), sultanas and honey. Grease two baking sheets. Roll mixture into 18 balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten with a dampened palette knife and top each with a couple of pecan nuts. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight tin for up to three days.
