Ingredients (8)

820.00 g butter beans
410.00 g chickpeas
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
fresh Italian parsley — or coriander
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 lemon juice
30.00 ml yoghurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Place beans, garlic and herbs and half the olive oil in a blender and purée until smooth, adding remaining oil if mixture is too thick.
Add remaining ingredients and purée some more until smooth and adjust seasoning.
You can use a hand-held blender or a potato masher. The latter will give you a more chunky dip.
