8.00 chicken breast fillets
2.00 tin chickpeas
1.00 ui
2.00 huisies knoffel

Method:

Marineer 8 hoenderborsfilette in olyfolie en vars suurlemoensap.
Dreineer twee blikkies keker-ertjies en spoel af onder koue lopende water. Verhit 30 ml olyfolie in ‘n braaipan en braai ‘n groot gekapte ui tot sag. Voeg 2 gekneusde knoffelhuisies by asook 1 groot eiervrug, in blokkies gesny. Roerbraai en voeg 5 ml gedroogde rissie, 5 ml gemaalde komyn en 5 ml orego by. Voeg meer olie by indien nodig en roerbraai tot eiervrug begin verkleur. Roer keker-ertjies by en geur met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper en suurlemoensap. Hou warm.
Braai hoenderborsfilette in ‘n verhitte riffelpan vir sowat 10-12 minute of tot gaar en goudbruin. Geur.
Roer vars roket deur die ertjiemengsel en skep op dienborde. Plaas hoender bo-op en sit saam met tzatziki voor.
