Ingredients (9)

6.00 cake — mini swiss rolls, sliced
325.00 g condensed milk
50.00 ml lemon juice
250.00 g cottage cheese — creamed
410.00 g guavas — tinned, chopped
250.00 ml vanilla — custard
250.00 ml cream — chilled and whipped
decoration — GROUPING
fresh mint — sprigs

Method:

1. Arrange mini Swiss roll slices around sides and base of dessert bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix the condensed milk, lemon juice and cottage cheese together and pour into the cake-lined bowl.
3. Spoon on the guavas, and then a layer of the custard.
4. Top the dessert with the whipped cream.
5. Decorate with fresh mint and any spare guava slices.
