Healthy homemade muesli

Ingredients (10)

500 g oats — rolled
2 Tbs honey
1 tsp cinnamon — ground
200 g apricots — dried
200 g cranberries — dried
200 g nuts
100 g sunflower oil
100 g pumpkin seeds
2 cup oat bran
1 tsp salt

Method:

Preheat oven on grill. Pour oats over 2 oven trays and drizzle over cinnamon and honey. Put under the grill until they are a golden brown (making sure you watch them as they can burn easily), toss once and grill once more before setting aside to cool.

Chop apricots and nuts coarsely. Pour everything into a large container or jar and shake until well mixed.

Serve with fresh milk/yogurt, soak overnight in milk/yogurt or, my personal favorite; mixed together with grated apple and yogurt.
