Ham and salami pasta

    grated Parmesan cheese

    clove garlic, crushed

    smoked ham, chopped

    salami, chopped

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water.
Prepare the sauce while the pasta is cooking.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add three quarters of the cheese and season to taste.
Heat the butter in a large saucepan, add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the ham and salami and stir for two minutes.
Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water.
Pour the butter mixture over the pasta.
Add the egg and cheese mixture and stir gently to coat.
Add 45 to 60 ml of the pasta water, so that it is not dry, and stir gently.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
