90.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
45.00 ml lemon juice
15.00 ml fresh chives
tarragon, basil and parsley
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
freshly ground black pepper
1.00 kg harders

Method:

Blend the olive oil, lemon juice and fresh herbs.
Season the fish well with salt and pepper and brush all over with the oil mixture.
Cook over medium-hot coals until done and until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
