Grown-Up Plum And Cassis Jelly

  • 8
    plums, halved and stones removed
  • 3
    rosé wine
  • 250
    crème de cassis
  • 5
    gelatine leaves, softened


Place the plums and rosé wine in a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until plums are soft. Add the cassis and gelatine. Pour into moulds and chill until set.
