250.00 ml sweet melon (spanspek) — ripe, cut into quarters
125.00 ml honey
250.00 ml dessicated coconut
0.00 0 ice cream — vanilla, to serve

Method:

Preheat grill. Place the spanspek quarters onto a baking tray, drizzle with honey and spoon coconut. Pop under the grill for five minutes. Eat warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
