Grilled orange slices

Time 15 minutes


  • 3
    oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 100
    orange liqueur
  • 100
    castor sugar
  • 100
    savoury cream cheese


10 minutes
Place the orange slices on a greased baking tray.
Drizzle with the liqueur and sprinkle with castor sugar.
Cook under the grill for about 10 minutes until soft and starting to brown.
Serve topped with cream cheese and garnish with fresh herbs.
