Grilled fish with spicy mayonnaise

    cloves garlic, crushed

    lemon juice

    fresh fish fillets or steaks, boned and skinned

    red chilli, seeded and chopped

    freshly chopped coriander or parsley

Mix garlic and lemon juice together and pour over the pieces of fish. Marinate for 5 minutes. To make spicy mayonnaise, mix the mayonnaise, mustard seeds, chilli, lemon zest and herbs together. Chill until ready to serve. Drizzle the melted butter over the fish and grill over the coals on the braai or under a hot grill until cooked and golden on both sides. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve topped with a dollop of spicy mayonnaise and a lemon wedge on the side. Serves 4.
