Grilled fish, honey and litchi salad

    fish fillets, about 200 g each
  • 15
    sesame oil
  • 30

    fresh litchis
  • 45
    pickled ginger
  • handful of fresh coriander
  • 30
    lime juice
  • 45
    soya sauce
  • 1
    cucumber, sliced into ribbons
  • jasmine rice, to serve

Preheat the grill.
Rub the fish with oil and honey and place on a baking sheet.
Grill for three minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
To serve, place fish on four plates and spoon salad over.
Serve with jasmine rice.
