Ingredients (10)

4.00 fish — fillet
15.00 ml sesame oil
30.00 ml honey
16.00 litchis
45.00 ml ginger — pickled
0.00 fresh coriander — handful
30.00 ml lime juice
45.00 ml soy sauce
1.00 cucumber — sliced into ribbons
0.00 rice — jasmine, to serve

Method:

Preheat the grill.
Rub the fish with oil and honey and place on a baking sheet.
Grill for three minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
To serve, place fish on four plates and spoon salad over.
Serve with jasmine rice.
