Grilled doughnuts with roasted nectarines

  • 3
    nectarines, stoned and quartered
  • 30
    brown sugar
  • 3
    cinnamon ring doughnuts


Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Place nectarines in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with sugar and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender but still holding their shape. Heat a ridged grilling pan until very hot. Place doughnuts in pan and press down with an egg lifter. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Serve with roasted nectarines.
