Grilled brinjals

  • 3
    aubergines, peeled
  • olive oil
  • salt and milled pepper


Slice brinjals thinly and place under preheated grill for a few seconds. Arrange on a serving platter. Season then sprinkle liberally with oil. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 1 880 kJ (450 Cal). A portion: 315 kJ (75 Cal).
