Griddled honeyed pears with Camembert and Parma ham

Servings 4


  • 3 large pears, each cut into 3 slices
  • 30 ml runny honey
  • 1 Camembert cheese round, cut into quarters
  • 4 slices Parma ham
  • frshly ground black pepper


Heat a griddle pan and cook pear slices for 1 minute on one side, turn them over and drizzle over the honey.
Continue cooking the other side.
Pop Camembert cheese under a hot grill until slightly oozing.
Place hot cheese onto a platter with the pears and fold Parma ham on top.
Pour over the pear juices and season with freshly ground black pepper.
