500.00 g flour — self-raising
salt — pinch
water

Method:

Mix the self-raising flour with enough water to make a dough that is easy to knead. Knead well and shape into balls. Leave to rise and cook over medium-hot coals until done inside.
Serve with farm butter, jam, honey or syrup.
