Ingredients (8)

750.00 ml green beans
3.00 tomatoes — peeled and finely chopped
1.00 onion — finely chopped
125.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
65.00 ml sugar
125.00 ml vinegar — apple
5.00 ml salt
1.00 ml cayenne pepper

Method:

Boil the beans in a little salted water until just tender but still crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Add the chopped tomato and onion and mix.
Mix the remaining ingredients, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour over the bean mixture and leave for a few hours.
