Ingredients (8)

275.00 g pasta — risoni
50.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
200.00 g asparagus — 2cm pieces
1.00 spring onions — a bunch, sliced
12.00 sun-dried tomatoes — marinated
12.00 olives — black, halved
45.00 ml fresh oregano — to garnish
200.00 g feta cheese

Method:

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
Drain, stir in half the oil and set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a large saucepan, add the asparagus and spring onions and stir-fry for about five minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir into the hot, drained pasta.
Stir in the tomatoes, olives and herbs, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve hot or cold, sprinkled with feta cheese.
