Ingredients (12)

SALAD DRESSING
45.00 ml sunflower oil — or olive oil
30.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
5.00 ml honey
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
250.00 g pasta — macaroni
3.00 feta cheese — crumbled
2.00 spring onions — sliced into rings
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and sliced into strips
250.00 g cherry tomatoes — halved
30.00 ml fresh oregano — chopped
45.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
20.00 olives — black, pitted and quartered

Method:

Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the pasta until done and drain. Moisten the pasta with the salad dressing and cool. Add the remaining salad ingredients and season with salt if necessary.
Serves 4-6.
