Greek feta chicken

  • 200
    natural yoghurt
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • 5
    chopped fresh origanum
  • 2
  • salt and milled pepper to taste
  • 8
    chicken breast fillets
  • 125
    crumbled feta cheese


Mix all ingredients, except chicken and feta cheese, in a large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for about 30 minutes. (This is not essential if you're short of time.) Preheat grill. Place chicken on a baking sheet and grill for 2 minutes. Turn, brush with extra marinade and sprinkle with feta cheese. Grill for a further 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with boiled potatoes and a big leafy salad. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 5 395 kJ (1 290 Cal). A portion: 1 350 kJ (325 Cal).
