Ingredients (7)

200.00 ml yoghurt — natural
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
5.00 ml fresh oregano — chopped
2.00 ml sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
8.00 chicken breast fillets
125.00 ml feta cheese — crumbled

Method:

Mix all ingredients, except chicken and feta cheese, in a large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for about 30 minutes. (This is not essential if you’re short of time.)
Preheat grill. Place chicken on a baking sheet and grill for 2 minutes. Turn, brush with extra marinade and sprinkle with feta cheese. Grill for a further 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve with boiled potatoes and a big leafy salad.
