Granadilla stack

  • 8
    brandy snap biscuits
  • 4
    scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 60
    granadilla pulp
  • icing sugar, sifted, for dusting


Place one brandy snap biscuit on a serving plate.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a spoonful of fresh granadilla pulp.
Top with another brandy snap.
Dust with icing sugar and serve immmediately.
