Ingredients (4)

190.00 ml sugar
500.00 ml honey
75.00 ml butter
5.00 ml Bicarbonate of soda

Method:

Heat the sugar, honey and butter over
a low heat. Simmer for 7 minutes or
until the mixture turns a caramel colour.
Remove from the heat and stir in the
bicarb until pale and foamy. Pour into a
small greased dish. Leave to set. Break
into pieces.
