Goats' cheese and rocket pizza

  • frozen pizza bases
  • tomato purée
  • garlic, crushed
  • 1 roll (about 100 g) goats' milk cheese - use the low fat, soft one
  • 1 jar peppadews - makes all the difference to pizza
  • 1 bag fresh rocket
  • milled pepper


Defrost pizzas.
Spread a little extra tomato puré and as much garlic as you want over the bases.
Scatter with crumbled goats' cheese and sliced peppadews.
Bake in a preheated oven according to instructions.
Remove from oven, drizzle with olive oil and top with rocket.
Season and serve immediately.
