Ingredients (10)

500.00 g pork fillet
sunflower oil
5.00 ml fresh ginger — chopped
45.00 ml honey
60.00 ml soy sauce
1.00 orange juice
2.00 ml stock powder — chicken
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
soy sauce
fresh coriander — to garnish

Method:

Wipe fillet with a damp cloth.
Heat oil in a large pan and, when oil is almost smoking, add pork and cook briefly on both sides to sear and achieve a golden colour and seal in juices.
Place pork in a baking dish and pour over any pan juices. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fillet.
Roast at 180 ºC for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and roast for a further 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from oven, drizzle extra soy sauce and scatter fresh coriander on top.
Serve with brown and wild rice mix and steamed green beans.
