Ingredients (9)

2.00 beetroot — cooked, peeled
1.00 fresh ginger — minced
2.00 red chillies
1.00 orange — zest and juice
1.00 fresh coriander — handful
250.00 ml ricotta cheese
50.00 g hazelnuts
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.00 olive oil

Method:

Cut beetroot into large chunks. Place all ingredients into a food processor, except oil and blend until well mixed. Add oil as necessary.
Serve with grilled tuna or salmon steaks or pan-fried chicken breast fillets.
