    ml
    dark rum
  • 3
    Angostura bitters
  • 25
    ml
    Ginger beer
  • 0.50
    lime
    Juice of half a lime
  • 1
    leaf
    Mint to serve
  • 2
    maraschino cherry to serve
 

Method

 
1. Pour rum into a cocktail glass. Add ice cubes and a good few drops of Angostura bitters.

2. Top with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime. Garnish with mint and maraschino cherries.
