2.00 feta cheese
30.00 ml mascarpone cheese
15.00 capers
19.00 fresh oregano — chopped
20.00 ml olive oil
1.00 knuffel freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Halveer murgpampoentjies in die lengte. Plaas in ‘n oondbak. Skraap die sagte deel in die middel van die murgpampoentjies met ‘n teelepel uit. Krummel fetakaas en voeg die mascarpone-kaas, kappertjiesaad en origanum by. Meng goed. Geur met swartpeper. Moenie sout byvoeg nie – die feta en kappertjiesaad is sout genoeg. Vul murgpampoentjies met die mengsel, sprinkel bietjie olyfolie oor en plaas in voorafverhitte oond teen 180 °C vir 20 minute. Sit nou jou rooster-element aan en rooster tot effens bruin.
