Ingredients (6)

3.00 red pepper — finely chopped
250.00 g butter — at room temperature
5.00 ml komyn
1.00 hand vol fresh coriander — chopped
8.00 sweetcorn
5.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

1. Maak die botter: Meng al die bestanddele,
behalwe die mielies en sout en swartpeper,
saam tot romerig. Skep dit in ‘n opdienbakkie
en hou dit eenkant.


2. Kook die mielies vir sowat 8 minute in
water en dreineer dit. Rooster die mielies
nou oor matige kole of onder ‘n voorverhitte
roosterelement totdat dit heeltemal gaar is en
swart spikkels op die pitte begin verskyn.

3. Geur die mielies met sout en vars
gemaalde swartpeper en sit dit voor saam
met die gegeurde botter.
