    green pepper
  • 1
    English cucumber
  • 410
    whole tomatoes
  • 500
    pork sausages
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika


Seed the green pepper and cut into strips. Cut the cucumber into quarters lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice into 1 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a shallow pan and sauté the green pepper until just soft. Add the cucumber and continue cooking. Chop the tomatoes and add to the cucumber mixture and simmer. Meanwhile, squeeze the pork sausage from its skin and roll the meat up into little balls. Add to the cucumber mixture. Cover and cook slowly until the meat is done. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Serve with rice.
