Garlic beans and spinach

  • 350
    green beans
  • 100
    regular or baby spinach
  • 15
    olive oil
  • 1
    fat clove garlic, sliced


Cook green beans in boiling salted water until tender.
While beans are cooking, place a sieve over the boiling water, fill with spinach, cover and steam until wilted.
When vegetables are cooked, drain pot and dry.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add vegetables and toss to coat.
Season well and serve.
