Garlic and onion: how to peel

  • garlic
  • onions


Put 3 cloves of garlic on the turntable. Heat on HIGH for 15 to 30 seconds. Squeeze them at one end until the flesh pops out of the skin. Small onions: top and tail. Put on paper towel on turntable. Heat on HIGH for 1 minute. Peel and chop as desired.
