Ingredients (6)

5.00 kg game — chopped
60.00 ml salt
60.00 ml coriander — ground
25.00 ml black pepper — coarsely ground
15.00 ml cloves — ground
Worcestershire sauce

Method:

Place the meat and lard in a large non-metal dish and sprinkle with the spices. Sprinkle with Worcester shire sauce to taste and mix well. Add a little water and mince the meat in a meat mincer.
Stuff the mixture into casings and chill until needed.
Cook over medium-hot coals until golden brown.
