Ingredients (9)

250.00 ml sugar
375.00 ml water
400.00 ml orange juice
400.00 ml granadillas — juice
400.00 ml pineapple — juice
150.00 ml lemon juice
500.00 ml fruit — in season
1500.00 ml wine — sparkling
ice — cubes

Method:

Slowly heat the sugar and water until the sugar has melted. Simmer for 5 minutes and chill. Add the fruit juice and fruit and refrigerate until needed.
Add the sparkling wine and ice cubes just before serving
Serves 20 (makes about 4 litres).
