Ingredients (8)

250.00 ml apricots — dried, chopped
250.00 ml cereal — All Bran Flakes
375.00 ml milk
125.00 ml brown sugar
15.00 ml syrup — golden
500.00 ml flour — self-raising
125.00 ml pecan nuts — chopped
1.00 apricots — sliced

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Grease a muffin tin.
1. Mix together dried apricots, All Bran flakes, milk, sugar and syrup in a large bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Sift flour and stir, together with nuts, into the apricot mixture. Spoon into muffin tins.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until muffins are golden-brown.
