Ingredients (9)

400.00 g digestive biscuits — crushed
125.00 ml margarine — melted
15.00 ml custard powder
410.00 g evaporated milk
40.00 g jelly — low-kilojoule, granadilla-flavoured
125.00 ml water — boiled
500.00 ml granadilla yoghurt — low fat
250.00 g cottage cheese — low-fat
115.00 g granadillas — tinned pulp

Method:

Mix the crushed biscuits and margarine and press the mixture on the bottom and up the sides of a shallow 30 cm pie dish.
Mix 10 ml of the custard powder with the evaporated milk and bring to the boil.
Heat until it forms a thick custard.
Dissolve the jelly powder in the boiling water and mix with the custard mixture, yoghurt and cottage cheese.
Turn the mixture onto the crumb crust and chill until set.
Mix the granadilla pulp and remaining 5 ml custard powder and bring to the boil.
Heat until the mixture thickens slightly and is cooked.
Cool and spread over the cheesecake.
Chill until set before serving.
