Ingredients (11)

800.00 g chicken — chopped
2.00 nectarines — stoned, wedges
2.00 cling peaches — stoned, sliced
0.50 melon — cubed
400.00 g mango — tinned
2.00 green chillies — finely chopped
25.00 g fresh coriander — finely chopped
30.00 ml mayonnaise
60.00 ml sour cream
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
15.00 ml cumin — seeds, toasted

Method:

Combine the chicken pieces, fruit, chillies and coriander.
Make a dressing by beating together the mayonnaise and sour cream and use to moisten the salad.
Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with the toasted cumin seeds.
