Fruity brûlée

  • 2
    bananas, peeled
  • 2
    mangoes, peeled
  • 125
    fresh cherries, halved and pitted
  • 125
    granadilla juice
  • 190
    plain yoghurt
  • dark brown sugar


Cube the bananas and mangoes. Add the cherries and granadilla juice. Spoon the mixture into four glasses. Top with a thick layer of yoghurt and sprinkle with the sugar. Chill until sugar has softened.
