Fruit yoghurt sundae

    maple syrup
  • 125
    rolled oats
  • 60
    soft brown sugar
  • 3
    ground cinnamon
  • 1
    bunch seedless grapes
  • 1
    small pineapple, cubed
  • 2
    nectarines or peaches, sliced
  • 250
    Greek-;style natural yoghurt


10 minutes
1. Drizzle 15 ml syrup around the inside of each of four sundae glasses. Refrigerate while you prepare the remaining ingredients. 2. Mix together the oats, brown sugar and cinnamon and toast in a frying pan until lightly browned. Add 10 ml syrup, mix well and set aside. 3. Mix together fruit and yoghurt. Divide evenly between the glasses and sprinkle with the toasted oats. Serve immediately.
