Ingredients (4)

150.00 ml water
45.00 ml Sheridans gelatine — powder
1.00 Litres fruit — juice
75.00 g sugar

Method:

Pour water into a saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over and simmer over low heat until dissolved.
Combine with fruit juice and sugar, strain into a 1,5 litre (6 cup) oblong glass mould or loaf pan, rinsed and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and chill in the fridge until set.
Unmould, cut into squares and serve in tall glasses.
