Ingredients (4)

400.00 g puff pastry — thawed
50.00 ml almonds — flaked
80.00 ml dried fruit mix
80.00 g marzipan

Method:

Spread out the pastry on a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle with half the almonds, glacé fruit and marzipan, leaving space around the edges of the pastry.
Fold pastry into quarters, then roll out with a rolling pin to the original size.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and roll up tightly like a Swiss roll. Cut into 1 cm slices and place on a greased and lined baking tray. Bake in preheated 200 ºC oven for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp and golden.
Serve warm.
